A large part of the casework is repairs: leaks, windows and doors, balconies and walkways, security, cleaning, fencing and shared spaces. Some are fixed quickly. Some sit for months or years.
Recent ones that are done include Holst Court, the walkway and balcony at Davidge House, and Peabody’s work at York House: stronger fencing, new signs and a clean of the communal areas. Those came from member enquiries, follow-ups and walkabouts with residents.
