The walkway and balcony at Davidge House, Coral Street, SE1 7BA, have been repaired. A damaged covering had been letting water through into people’s homes.
I asked Lambeth Council to investigate and finish the work. The area has now been re-covered.
I will stay on housing officers so the next repair is dealt with promptly, and so residents hear what is still outstanding.
