With Love was a pay-it-forward café in Waterloo, in Elizabeth House beside the station. It was a not-for-profit. For three and a half years, a customer could pay a little extra, and that extra paid for a hot drink or a meal for someone who could not afford one.
Over those three and a half years it supported thousands of people. The café also offered paid training for people who were out of work, and it paid the London Living Wage. The Living Wage Foundation accredited it. The address was Unit 29, Elizabeth House, 39 York Road, SE1 7NQ.
