The first community liaison meeting for Project Vista, at 72 Upper Ground, is on Tuesday 29 September 2026, from 6pm to 7pm. Multiplex, the new principal contractor, is hosting it at Redwood Housing Cooperative, 416 Oxo Tower, 4th floor, SE1 9GY.
Residents can meet the new team, hear what has already been done, and hear what is coming. The agenda covers recent milestones, incidents and how they were handled, the programme for the next few months, how the project will communicate, and questions.
