The team behind the One Waterloo proposals for Elizabeth House has published an updated timetable following its first consultation.

The developer says it is reviewing feedback, with a second consultation planned for January 2027 and a planning application anticipated in spring 2027.

The emerging proposals involve retaining and adapting the existing buildings. Residents can view the consultation material and contact the project team with questions.
