The dockless e-bike bay on Cornwall Road has been overflowing onto the pavement. That blocks older residents, disabled people and parents with buggies.
After residents raised it, Lambeth has added an alternative bay on Cornwall Road North to the Phase 6 programme, opposite the existing one. The site still has to go through design and a public consultation. If there is no serious objection, it should be in by the end of the 2026/27 financial year. The old bay can then be suspended without cutting the number of spaces.
I will keep pressing until the consultation and the installation are done.
