The Waterloo and South Bank neighbourhood policing team has published an update on its current priorities and the action being taken locally.

The team’s priorities include robbery and theft, particularly in and around Waterloo Station; violence and harassment affecting women and girls; and vehicle-related antisocial behaviour.

Police activity includes hotspot patrols, crime-prevention work, engagement with local partners and targeted action against repeat offenders.

These issues continue to be raised regularly with me by residents. I will keep working with the Metropolitan Police, Lambeth Council and community organisations to press for visible enforcement and sustained action across Waterloo and the South Bank.

Residents can view the neighbourhood team’s priorities and contact details.

Please call 999 if a crime is taking place or someone is in immediate danger. For non-emergencies, report the matter online or call 101.
