Coin Street has confirmed that Gabriel’s Wharf’s existing shops and restaurants were kept open until 27 September 2026, as the longstanding units had reached the end of their life.

The organisation is considering a refreshed temporary use for the site. Its published statement says the replacement use has not yet been decided.

This is a significant change for a familiar part of the South Bank, and further announcements will be important for residents and local businesses.
