Residents and people working locally are invited to a free pumpkin-growing and carving workshop on Lower Marsh.
Organised by We Are Waterloo as part of its Edible Marsh programme, the lunchtime event will take place on Tuesday 27 October 2026, from 12pm to 2pm.
A community gardener will share practical advice about growing pumpkins, and participants will be able to carve a pumpkin and take home free plants.
The workshop is free, but advance registration is recommended.

It is wonderful to see free activities bringing people together and encouraging more gardening and food-growing in the heart of Waterloo.
