Waterloo Action Centre continues to provide valuable advice, practical assistance and affordable social activities for local residents.

Its current programme includes a friendly knitting and crochet group every Tuesday from 12pm to 4pm, with a suggested £1 donation.

The centre also offers free computer access and practical IT support at 3pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Residents can receive help with:

  • Using smartphones and computers
  • Setting up and accessing email accounts
  • Completing online forms and applications
  • Looking for work
  • Accessing essential online services

Legal and benefits advice is also available, alongside social groups and activities for older residents.

Waterloo Action Centre has supported our community for many years. I encourage residents who need advice, digital assistance or simply an opportunity to meet others to find out what is available.
